Shipping policy

All orders placed on www.sophiebillebrahe.com are shipped from Denmark.

EU and non-EU orders will be charged in EUR, except for orders shipped to Norway (NOK), the United Kingdom (GBP) and Denmark (DKK).

All orders shipped outside of EU will be charged in EUR, except to Norway and the United Kingdom. The prices on the website include Danish VAT. Please note that for all orders to be delivered outside the EU, the VAT of 25% will be deducted upon checkout.

Local custom duties, taxes and fees may apply upon receipt, which are not included in the purchase price. We recommend contacting your local custom office for information regarding shipments from the EU to your country.

Shipping:

We offer complimentary world wide shipping on all jewellery orders over €250. Parcels are shipped securely and fully insured using a Carbon Neutral method with GLS, UPS and Fedex.

Standard delivery times:

Denmark: 1-2 business days.

Within EU: 2-3 business days.

Norway: 2-4 business days.

United Kingdom: 2-4 business days.

Rest of the world: 3-5 business days.

Pick Up - Copenhagen:

We offer pick up of orders in our Copenhagen Boutique, weekdays from 9:00-17:00 (CET). Once an order is ready for pick up you will receive notification via email or SMS.
