Returns & Exchanges
We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days upon receipt. All orders placed from November 3rd, will have extended return and/or exchange until January 9th, 2026.
To receive a pre-paid return label, please contact us at info@sophiebillebrahe.com. We kindly ask you to return all items in their original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as when received.
We will credit back the card used for the purchase once we have received and check the return.
On all returns under €250, a shipping fee of €10 will be deducted.
Please note that custom sizes and special orders, including bespoke pieces and the Cloud Table, cannot be returned for a refund.
