Returns & Exchanges

We offer returns and exchanges within 14 days upon receipt. If you are purchasing a ring and there is uncertainty regarding sizing, please contact us and we will be happy assist and may either exchange or resize to ensure a perfect fit after receipt of order.

For return or exchange we will provide a pre-paid return label, ensuring the shipment is fully insured. Please contact us at info@sophiebillebrahe.com to initiate a return or exchange. We kindly ask you to return all items in their original packaging, unworn and in the same condition as when received. 

For refunds we will credit back the card used for the original purchase once we have received and check the returned items.

On all returns under €250, a shipping fee of €10 will be deducted.

Please note that special orders, including bespoke pieces and the Cloud Table, cannot be returned for a refund.
