Returns and Exchanges:

We offer seamless and complimentary return and exchanges on all items purchased via our website, until 14 days after receipt. We may offer an extension of the return period in certain cases. Please contact us for more information.

To request a pre-paid return label please contact info@sophiebillebrahe.com. We will credit back the card used upon receipt. Please note that items must be unworn and in the condition received.

Please note that special orders including bespoke pieces cannot be returned for a refund.
