Overview
We work with a carefully selected network of long-term partners who share our values of craftsmanship, responsibility and respect for people and planet. We exclusively source natural diamonds, freshwater cultured pearls and 100% certified recycled gold.
All of our key suppliers are Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified, and many of our partnerships have been built and strengthened over decades. We believe that continuity creates accountability, and that long-term collaboration is essential to building a more responsible jewellery industry.
Responsible Sourcing
Our approach to sourcing is guided by internationally recognised standards and a commitment to continuous improvement. All suppliers operate under our Supplier Code of Conduct, which defines expectations for ethical labour practices, respect for human rights, environmental responsibility, and legal compliance.
To ensure these standards are upheld in practice, we engage in ongoing due diligence. This includes annual supplier surveys, regular dialogue, and on-site visits. We see responsibility as a shared process, one that evolves through openness, learning, and collaboration. By working closely with our partners, we strive to strengthen transparency and contribute to positive change across the industry.
As part of our due diligence framework, all of our key suppliers are certified by the Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC), the leading international standards-setting organisation for the jewellery industry. The RJC’s Code of Practices covers human rights, labour standards, environmental performance, business ethics, and responsible sourcing across the entire jewellery supply chain.
RJC certification requires independent third-party audits and ongoing compliance, providing us with an additional layer of assurance that our partners operate in line with globally recognised standards.
Our Diamond Partner
Our diamond partner is committed to ensuring transparency and ethical integrity across its supply chain. Responsible sourcing is a central pillar of their ESG strategy, particularly in relation to conflict-affected and high-risk areas.
The company enforces strict requirements for all suppliers of rough and polished diamonds. Compliance with the Kimberley Process Certification Scheme, the World Diamond Council System of Warranties, and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance is mandatory.
We are continuously working to improve diamond origin transparency. Currently, all diamonds above 0.3 carat are delivered with a country of origin.
Our Freshwater Pearl Partner
Our freshwater pearls are sourced from a family-owned partner with more than thirty years of experience, operating fifteen farms across rivers and former rice fields in China. Our recent visit to Wuxi allowed us to experience the full journey of the pearl, from cultivation to grading, and to witness the skill and care behind each stage of the process.
We observed both river-based and rice field farms, as well as the facility where the pearls are sorted and prepared. The visit deepened our understanding of the craftsmanship involved and reinforced our commitment to transparency. This long-standing partnership reflects our respect for traditional knowledge, responsible cultivation, and the people behind the process.
Jewellery Manufactures
Our jewellery is brought to life by long-term manufacturing partners in Italy and in Thailand, whose expertise, values, and commitment to responsibility reflect our own. Each partner is selected for their exceptional craftsmanship, technical expertise, and shared commitment to ethical and responsible production.
All manufacturers are Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) certified and operate in line with internationally recognised standards for ethical conduct, human rights, and environmental responsibility.
We have visited their ateliers multiple times and maintain close, trusted relationships built on transparency, respect, and shared ambition. These collaborations allow us to continuously deepen our understanding of their processes and support long-term, responsible growth.
